Frontend & Project Lead, Blockmediary
- Led product ideation, coordinated a six-person team, and produced the pitch script and deck; Blockmediary placed first in the MSc cohort and later won the Most Innovative Idea award at the FinTech West Student Showcase 2026.
- Directed frontend development using Next.js and TypeScript, building buyer and seller dashboards for deal tracking and document-based milestone approvals.
Product & Project Lead, Construkt
- Led a five-person cross-functional team during the Solana Colosseum Hackathon, set ownership across workstreams and delivered a working MVP on schedule.
- Designed and debugged the MVP’s frontend interface and user flow, delivering functional role-based dashboards and project screens for the hackathon demo.
- Interviewed construction professionals to validate payment and approval problems, translating their insights into requirements for milestone approvals, escrow controls and a shared audit trail.
